Skannd Tyagi is an AI technologist and deep-tech founder based in Kolkata and Delhi. He wrote his first program at six, holds a Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Iowa State University, and studied Alternative Energy at Stanford.

He is Founder & President of the Global Chamber of Innovation & Industry (GCII), which builds partnerships between India and the world, including the Russia-India Business Forum in New Delhi in 2023 and MoUs with UCOST, Uttarakhand. He founded Starshot Ventures, Vedaska Ventures, Wow! Circle and Mould Innovation, and is Vertical Head – Emerging Technology at AIC Techno, West Bengal's first Atal Incubation Centre.

He has spoken at SPIEF, the Eastern Economic Forum, the BRICS International Innovation Forum in Moscow, COMPASS Conclave and RISE Conclave, delivered a keynote at the Smart Cities Forum in New Delhi, and has given two TEDx talks. He mentors at E-Cell IIT Bombay and at St. Xavier's, Kolkata.
